I have seen this post a few times, and can not help but to think of my FAME family. I am so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life. From my fellow coaches, athletes, and parents, I know that no matter what struggles I face in my life, I can always go to these people for support. Always remember that you never know what someone may be dealing with. A simple smile, hug or lite conversation could make a world of difference. This is not just a gym, or a team, it is a family. I hope everyone has an amazing thanksgiving.
